Requirements

• 1+ years of service industry experience, preferably in Spa Coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, ensuring they feel welcome and secure.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa.
• Problem-solve in all guest and employee interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Maintain the accuracy and optimal efficiency of the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest satisfaction.
• Support and encourage fellow employees to achieve success together.
• React quickly to change and multi-task to assist the entire Spa team.
