HELP TURN RECYCLED PLASTICS INTO SOMETHING THAT LASTS. POLYWOOD® is looking for a Regrind Technician who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that directly supports our sustainability mission. Requirements

Interest in hands-on training and learning new technical skills
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Comfort with physical work and operating equipment
Dependability, strong work ethic, and teamwork mindset
Flexibility and openness to improvement and innovation

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or extrusion environments

Responsibilities

Set up and operate regrind equipment to prepare plastic materials for extrusion
Regrind scrap plastic to meet quality and production specifications
Load and unload materials by hand or with equipment
Perform quality checks and accurately document counts and weights
Label and tag processed materials
Bundle and stack materials, build and repair skids
Operate forklifts and assist with material movement
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Complete end-of-shift tasks including fueling and basic equipment upkeep
