The Manager of Registry Operations is responsible for the administration, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the Systems Clinical Registry Department/Registry Operations. The Manager works collaboratively with system-wide and campus-specific departments/service lines to ensure compliance with registry requirements, submission deadlines, and data reporting. Working collaboratively with the Department Director and Interdisciplinary team, the Manager will assist in the development and implementation of processes for successful documentation improvement and EHR optimization to streamline workflows. The Manager will provide oversight for registry data accuracy and deliver data that is timely, actionable, and relevant to the clinical leaders while contributing to enterprise goals.
