The Registration Staff is responsible for front desk operations, greeting our guests, answering and transferring phone calls, light office duties and processing program registrations for patrons. The Registration Staff assists all walk-in registrations and answers questions general to park district information. Assists customers with all inquiries such as: program availability, program fees, refund policy, class cancellations/changes, membership fees, special events, and more. This individual is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all patrons of the Administration Building and on all incoming and outgoing calls.
