About The Position

With over 150 locations offering Early Learning, Before & After School, and Summer Camp programs, we support families with safe, structured, and engaging experiences for children. We are hiring three (3) Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialists—one assigned to each weekday shift (8:00 AM–2:00 PM, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–5:00 PM). This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Schedule Part-time, Monday–Friday. Each employee is assigned one consistent daily shift at hire based on program needs. Available shifts include: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or client support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling
- Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment
- Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation
- Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings
