About The Position

Gathers and enters complete and accurate patient demographic and clinical
information from patients and providers. Collect patient cost-sharing amounts
(co-pays, deductibles, etc.). Provides patients logistical information and
transporting when needed to receive their services. Promotes positive
interactions with patients, providers, and coworkers- providing exceptional
customer service at all times.

Clinic Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm
Saturday / Sunday 11am - 5pm
