About The Position

The City of St. Peters is looking for a dedicated Registration Specialist to join the Rec-Plex Registration team. This full-time role focuses on managing program registrations, membership sign-ups, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating a positive visitor experience and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage program registration, membership sign-ups, and park reservations.
• Educate guests on policies and rules for the Rec-Plex.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Ensure the facility and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.
• Maintain records, reports, and files essential to assigned duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest questions and resolving concerns.
• Perform cashier functions, including operating a point-of-sale system and balancing cash drawers.
• Support the development and implementation of new procedures to improve processes.
