About The Position

The Registration Services Representative is responsible for ensuring that all patient demographics are accurately entered into the hospital system. This role involves explaining all consents and forms to patients and obtaining their signatures. Additionally, the representative directs patients to the correct clinical area and orders necessary testing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Customer relations training.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of patient demographics into the hospital system.
