About The Position
Foundation Health Partners is seeking a dedicated individual for a PRN (per diem) position that involves pre-registration, receiving physician orders, insurance verification, gathering pre-authorizations, scheduling, and pre-certifications for the assigned area. The role requires maintaining records and producing statistical reports as required. The candidate may also distribute educational materials to patients and families and perform financial counseling when appropriate. Additionally, the position involves explaining and obtaining signatures on hospital legal forms such as Conditions of Admission, Financial Agreement, Advance Directive, and Hospital Grievance policy.
