Get to Know Your Team: BSA Harrington Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art, 48,000-square-foot facility with two new linear accelerators for radiation treatments, 24 patient exam rooms, 28 heated chemotherapy infusion chairs, and three private infusion rooms for families. The Registration Assistant is responsible for facilitating and processing registrations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA.
• Experience in a busy clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
