Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
- Knowledge of HIPAA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a busy clinical setting.
- Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Responsibilities
- The Registration Assistant is responsible for facilitating and processing registrations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service.
- This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments.
