About The Position
The position provides general student services, reception, and registration. It oversees the customer service function of the Enrollment Services Team, receiving, processing, and maintaining all University student data and other academic history-related services. The role assists students with the registration process and helps with transcript production as needed. The individual must align with Biola's Articles of Faith and Statement of Biblical Principles, supporting the positions taken by Biola as contained in its Eschatology Teaching Position. This alignment is crucial, as the individual may not speak against or act in a manner inconsistent with these positions during their employment.
