JOB SUMMARY: This is a Registration and Account Specialist - Revenue Specialist II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process, Account Creation Unit. The incumbent communicates with taxpayers, processes business tax applications, updates and maintains taxpayer business accounts with the Department, and provides quality customer service. The incumbent also processes registration documents, address changes, and Power of Attorney forms.
