About The Position

University Health has an exciting opportunity for a Registration Access Specialist for our Ambulatory Call Center. The Registration Access Specialist is responsible for taking inbound calls and making appropriate outbound calls to schedule appointments. Specialist will also obtain and verify patient data, insurance eligibility and financial responsibility.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Call Center experience a plus
• Bilingual preferred
