About The Position

Veritas School is seeking a Registrar who will work with Lower and Upper School administrators, Enrollment staff, and the Director of College Advisement to maintain school demographic information and to manage student records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong writing and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with an aptitude to learn the school's information system. Integrity in handling confidential information is of utmost importance in the position. On-the-job growth is expected, and you will be surrounded by an experienced team who supports you and enjoys working together. While the position will require proximity to campus for periodic meetings and managing hard copy records, most of the work may be performed remotely. The position is full-time during the school year (September through May), part-time in June and August, and the month of July will be off. Veritas School is a private classical K-12 school that is grounded in the historic orthodox Christian faith. We are also a team of friends, not merely colleagues, who are committed to shaping the hearts and minds of students through our shared efforts. Over the past decade, God has grown our school to include 675 students and over 100 faculty and staff who have been drawn to Veritas from locations across our city, our country, and even the world.
