Registrars are the first point of contact for patients of Access Community Health Centers, assisting primarily via phone in a centralized call center located within the administrative offices. This role involves registering and scheduling appointments, entering and verifying patient demographics and insurance information, routing messages to clinic staff, and supporting interdepartmental workflows as needed. Registrars must ensure consistency in processes while delivering exceptional patient experiences through compassionate and professional interactions. Strong critical thinking, multitasking abilities, comfortable using computer and web applications, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role is based onsite at our call center and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
