About The Position
Platt College Los Angeles consists of four Southern California campuses located in Alhambra, Ontario, Riverside and Anaheim. Platt offers certificate and degree programs in several subject areas including school of graphic design, business and legal studies, medical sciences, and information technology. Provide leadership to plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the records and registration department of the college, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the college’s student records.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong customer service skills and enjoys interacting with people
- Understanding of necessary tracking requirements in an educational environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Prior registrar experience preferred or experience in office management, administration, etc.
- Experience in Propriety Education preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the records and registration department of the college
- Serving as the official authorized keeper of the college’s student records.
