The Registrar is responsible for the accuracy, security, and integrity of all academic records and registration processes at the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy (GCTA). This role oversees student enrollment, class scheduling, record maintenance, documentation issuance, data reporting, and compliance with internal and external requirements. The Registrar serves as a key liaison between students, instructors, Career Navigators, Program Managers, and administrative leadership to ensure seamless program delivery and exceptional student service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and is committed to upholding Goodwill’s mission, values, and inclusive learning environment. This position plays a vital role in supporting student success, program quality, and overall operational effectiveness.
