About The Position

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar to support our Springfield Multispecialty Care clinic. The Registrar is responsible for managing a high volume of patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient information within the electronic health record (EHR). This role supports clinics and providers by coordinating patient care needs while delivering a positive, professional patient experience. The Registrar must be comfortable multitasking across multiple systems, following HIPAA guidelines, and adapting to changing workflows.
