The Registrar position involves gathering and entering patient demographic information into the hospital information system, verifying benefits, obtaining required authorizations, and collecting co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and deposit amounts. This role ensures accurate and thorough registrations, complies with regulatory guidelines, and acts as the first point of contact for Virtua, providing excellent customer service.
