About The Position
Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island's largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue. The Resource team provides quality, comprehensive patient care in an assigned facility, covering for regular staff members that, for a variety of reasons, are unable to attend to their normal positions. The Resource Team provides clinical and nursing support and encompasses a broad skill set that enables members to float to various areas in the hospital or clinic. As the Clinic Registrar - Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program.
- Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
