Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience required.
• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student files and records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and security.
• Monitor and uphold academic compliance by overseeing academic processes, records, and process integrity.
• Process incoming and outgoing requests related to the academic department, including proof of enrollment verification and transcript inquiries.
• Ensure consistency of data in systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
• Review and process clinical calendars, ensuring accuracy and adherence to academic standards.
• Ensure that documentation for policy exceptions is accurate and securely maintained.
• Lead and mentor a small team of associates, including Test Proctors, Registrar Clerks, and Receptionists.
