The Office of the Registrar is accepting applications for a Temporary Clerical Support Position. The Registration Office oversees the registration helpline and provides essential data entry support to for academic departments. This position provides essential clerical and customer service support and information about the registration processes and its resources to the general public and various departments. The position will assist with document processing, data entry, and reviewing/formatting report documents. Ability to maintain confidentiality of FERPA-protected information is required. Once proficiently trained, assists colleagues and management with testing, trainings, and taking on additional projects with demonstrating initiative. This position will coordinate with the Assistant and Associate Registrar for general proofreading and other clerical duties assigned. This position is temporary and requires on-site work in the office location; remote work is not available. This temporary position has the potential to transition into a full-time regular position based on performance, funding availability, and departmental needs.
