It features 7 dedicated DVMs and an experienced support team committed to the highest standards of care, staying current with the latest advancements in diagnostics, medical treatments, surgical procedures, and preventative wellness. As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) at this community-minded small animal practice, you will be encouraged to work to the top of your license, serving as a clinical leader with a patient-first mindset, and ensuring medical excellence. Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Colorado Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) state license

Responsibilities

  • Practice at the TOP of Your License
  • Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset
  • Utilize skills in Anesthesia & Analgesia, including full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery
  • Perform Dentistry tasks such as full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction)
  • Conduct Diagnostics, including high-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection
  • Provide Nursing & Triage, including critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes
  • Lead Workflow, including tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs
