Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
- NY PSG license and/or CRT/RT license required (no gaps in employment as a RPSGT > 2 months)
- RPSGT credential preferred (NY PSG or RT license required without RPSGT)
- BCLS/CPR certification
- Required vaccinations and immunizations
- Strong technical and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight sleep studies and collect clinical data
- Prepare equipment, apply sensors/electrodes, and ensure equipment calibration
- Fit and troubleshoot PAP masks
- Score and analyze respiratory, cardiac, and sleep-related events
- Follow all required safety, compliance, and documentation protocols
