Operates medical equipment to record sleep/wake physiology. Applies recording devices to patients, cleans/sterilizes equipment an monitors polysomnograms. Recognizes sleep pathology when it occurs in the laboratory and responds with the appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety. Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Completion of the A-Step program or RPSGT registration
Registered Polosomnographer (Sleep Technologist)
Prior work experience and/or training related to Sleep/EEG/Respiratory/Pharmacy/Nursing/EMT or other allied health field
