About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in critical care and emergency settings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult, pediatric, neonatal, and critical care
- RRT (NBRC) with active NY State license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- NICU/PICU/MICU/ER experience
- RPFT certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy in NICU, PICU, MICU, ER, and general care units
- Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory and critical care needs
- Manage ventilators, respiratory equipment, and monitoring devices
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families; maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
