About The Position

This inpatient RRT position supports adult and pediatric populations, including ICU, PICU, and Level III NICU patients, within a teaching hospital environment. The therapist manages a wide range of respiratory care services under RT-driven protocols and must demonstrate strong critical care competency. Schedule flexibility is required. No call. Reliable transportation is recommended due to limited public transit access.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Experience in ICU (adult), PICU, and Level III NICU is mandatory, and NICU levels must be clearly documented in work history
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (NRP required at submission)
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable
• Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission
• Schedule flexibility is required
• Reliable transportation is recommended due to limited public transit access
