About The Position

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) performs routine and critical respiratory care procedures under the supervision of a Respiratory Care Manager and Medical Director. Responsible for performance and competency of care for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Requirements

• RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Current licensure in the state of Illinois
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program (preferred)
• Strong understanding of respiratory care principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
