About The Position

Assess, treat and care for patients with breathing disorders. Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities, including the supervision of respiratory care students. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment. Provides high quality respiratory care to the following patient populations: Neonate, Infant, Toddler, School Age, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric.

Requirements

• RRT- Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist program. Credentialed by the NBRC as a RRT.
• CRT- Credentialed by the NBRC as a CRT. Licensed by the State of Iowa as RCP.

Nice To Haves

• Health care experience within the last five years preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
