About Our Agency Our office is located in Monroe and Loganville Ga. I have been a State Farm agent since 2001. I am a proud graduate of The University of Georgia. We currently have 15 team members at our agency. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

  • Ability to execute a detailed business plan
