About The Position

MAPP Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Psychology Associate to join our pediatric-focused behavioral health team. You’ll provide therapy and behavioral consultation services to children, teens, and families, while receiving high-quality clinical supervision from a licensed psychologist. Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program
Must meet Maryland criteria for Registered Psychology Associate status
1+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, or families
Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, behavioral therapy, etc.)
Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

Availability for at least two evening shifts per week and/or Saturday mornings

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, or group therapy for youth with anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and executive functioning challenges
Offer parent coaching and behavioral health consultations
Conduct psychological evaluations
Collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to support integrated treatment
Document sessions using our electronic health record system
Participate in regular clinical meetings and receive individual supervision
