Come join Young Wealth Management Group a high-performing, four-person advisory team seeking a highly productive Registered Private Client Associate to join and support our practice. As a Registered Private Client Associate you will play an integral role in the success of the Janney branch Legacy Wealth Advisors team. You will assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with our Janney Financial Advisors (“FAs”) to enhance and grow their business. You will help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns. You may be asked to perform operational responsibilities as well.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of client engagement, customer relations or service skills
  • Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • High ethical standards
  • High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Client Communications – Support client communications through phone, email, and written correspondence by providing timely, accurate responses and coordinating follow-up in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Workflow Management – Manage and track daily service workflows to support timely and accurate completion of requests; coordinate with Financial Advisors and internal departments to ensure tasks are processed appropriately.
  • Money Movement – Assist with the processing of client money movement requests, including deposits, transfers, and distributions, in accordance with firm guidelines and supervisory requirements.
  • Administrative Management – Perform and oversee administrative functions related to account servicing, documentation, and record maintenance while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm standards.
