About The Position
Harris Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technician to join the team as a floater, supporting various departments within the system. The Registered Pharmacy Technician will assist in preparing and dispensing prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. The technician will adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Registered by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Proficiency in CRT, mathematics, and P.C. applications
- Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible, and Travel as needed
Nice To Haves
- PTCB Certification preferred
