Job Description About Us: We are a dynamic and growing Private Wealth Management firm with offices in Florida, Connecticut and Rhode Island, dedicated to delivering personalized financial planning and investment management services. Our Pensacola, Florida office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Registered Paraplanner / Client Relationship Manager. The Opportunity: This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about financial planning and relationship management. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, trading platforms, and financial planning software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Execute client trades with precision and timeliness, aiming for 100% accuracy.
  • Manage estate settlement processes and assist with life insurance illustrations and applications.
  • Prepare and process client deliverables and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide account-related support.
  • Facilitate account transfers and 401(k) rollovers.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up from client meetings, including trades, compliance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office to resolve client or operational issues.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and enhance the overall client experience.
