About The Position

As a Registered Nursing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to deliver critical direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. In the Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) Department at CRMC, we provide expert, compassionate care for a diverse range of patients. As the largest department in the hospital, our nurses and clinical staff are highly skilled in managing complex medical conditions, surgical recovery, pain management, and patient education, ensuring that every individual receives personalized, high-quality care throughout their hospital stay. Our team balances clinical expertise with adaptability, caring for a variety of medical needs while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and recovery. Requirements

  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire (on-site training provided)
  • Active registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry within 1 year of hire (on-site preparation provided if needed) OR enrolled in a nursing program
