Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license
- Previous nursing experience (home health experience a plus!)
- Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Able to work independently in the field
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or diploma)

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments per provider orders
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on medications, health management, and follow-up needs
- Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
- Apply strong clinical judgment in urgent or emergent situations
- Build trust and meaningful relationships with patients and families
