About The Position
Enliven Home Infusion Specialists is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home infusion services to patients in Boise, ID, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be well-trained and capable of delivering high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision. This role involves educating patients and their families about prevention and healthy habits, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained. The successful candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and adept at handling emergent situations while adhering to health and safety guidelines consistently. The primary goal is to promote patient well-being through exceptional nursing care. As a Registered Nurse with Enliven, you will be responsible for completing daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secured Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. You will provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients. Your duties will include administering ongoing care and infusions, providing necessary follow-up as directed by the physician and clinical manager, and conferring with physicians and pharmacies to develop initial treatment plans based on physician orders and patient assessments. You will also be tasked with reporting patient care conditions and progress to the patient's physician, pharmacy, and clinical manager continuously. Implementing patient care plans in collaboration with patients and their families will be essential to assist them in achieving optimal resolutions to their needs and problems. Additionally, you will prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, medication order changes, and care plan updates. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may vary between day, evening, weekday, and weekend.
