About The Position

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a urology clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with health records management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Assist with clerical duties including filing and data entry.
• Set up and assist in urology procedures.
• Administer cystoscope procedures including BCG's and Lupron.
• Take vital signs and triage patients effectively.
• Answer and return phone calls regarding patient inquiries.
• Manage refills and schedule tests and procedures as ordered.
