About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Ohioans Home Health, you will be integral to providing high-quality home healthcare services in the Washtenaw area. Requirements

• One year of acute care experience.
• Current RN state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.
• Address various patient needs including IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths, and medication administration.
