About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor.
• Maintain current certifications and documentation as required.
