Requirements

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional requirements
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
