About The Position
The Registered Nurse at Jackson Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is responsible for supervising nursing personnel and overseeing daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care for residents. This role involves monitoring staff performance, conducting staff meetings, addressing care delivery issues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The RN will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide direct nursing care as needed.
