About The Position

The Registered Nurse (Triage RN) at Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in collaboration with physicians and mid-level providers. This role involves triaging phone calls, reviewing lab results, and assisting with in-office procedures. The RN will also interview newly pregnant patients to gather medical histories and initiate their OB care. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan nursing license
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to travel between East Lansing and Mason locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls from patients and provide appropriate care.
