About The Position

The Registered Nurse at HCA Healthcare's Frist Clinic is responsible for providing high-quality clinical care in an outpatient setting. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required.
• 1-3 years experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening and preparation for exams.
• Provide general nursing care and arrange for testing and admissions.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
• Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed.
