Requirements

  • Active RN license in Minnesota upon hire; Wisconsin license within 90 days
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS certification for healthcare providers
  • At least 1 year RN experience preferred (clinic experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year RN experience preferred (clinic experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Care for patients of all ages
  • Triage patient calls, evaluate INRs, assist with procedures, and provide education
  • Perform nurse-only visits such as wound care, ABI, hypertension checks, and education
  • Collaborate with outreach clinicians from multiple specialty clinics
