About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their outpatient dialysis team. In this role, the RN will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required, only a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. The position involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes. The RN will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. The role requires flexibility, including floating to nearby clinics as needed. It is described as a fast-paced, hands-on environment where the RN will build long-term patient relationships and apply a broad range of nursing skills to medically complex patients. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
