About The Position

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health agency on a PRN (as needed) basis in the Wooster/Canton area. The RN will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality medical care to patients in their homes. Qualifications: - Valid RN license in the state of Ohio. - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. - Administer medication, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. - Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources. - Document all patient care activities accurately and timely. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies. Schedule: This position is PRN (as needed), and the schedule may vary based on patient needs. RNs will have the opportunity to accept or decline shifts based on their availability. Requirements
