About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana, specifically near Carmel and surrounding communities, who are looking for a slower, more meaningful pace in their nursing career. This role involves providing skilled one-on-one in-home care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with varying acuity and clinical needs. Nurses will build strong, meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on personalized, high-quality care in the home. The position offers 24/7 clinical support and weekly pay.

Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Benefits

$35–$38/hour in Indiana
Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month) employment options
Daytime and Overnight Shifts available
8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available
