Requirements

Must be a seasoned nursing professional; 5+ years of primary practice / clinic experience is desired.
Appreciation of the unique nature of our practice model and related demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and highly developed ability to actively listen to others.
Ability to draw blood with ease.
Ability to perform or become proficient with spirometry, EKG, audiogram and stress tests.
Ability and willingness to comply with company and industry operational standards and requirements.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Aptitude for operation and troubleshooting of computer software programs.
Ability to work as an effective member of a small, tight-knit team.
Demonstrated integrity, professional maturity and leadership skills.
Valid drivers license and ability to make house/office calls.

Responsibilities

Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
Ensure the highest level of empathy, kindness and understanding in delivering patient care.
Contribute to the professional atmosphere of the office, from your attire to your communications.
Maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality.
Work in unison with your colleagues and physicians to deliver the highest level of operational and clinical standards.
Ensure effective, ongoing communication between practice physicians and staff.
Develop relationships with key specialists in order to facilitate patient care.
